The Mobile Jewish Response to the Homeless
Our Program:
The Mobile Jewish Response to the Homeless (MJRH) is dedicated to the advocacy and empowerment of the homeless and under housed community throughout the GTA. Our missions is to sustain the lives of all with compassion, kindness and all else which encompasses the philosophy of Tikkun Olam (Repairing the world).
Who We Need:
For 13 years our volunteers have shared our goal of healing with compassion and understanding. We are looking for more volunteers of all beliefs, status and affiliations. We need dedicated and empathetic individuals with the willingness to learn and assist this diverse community.
Your Commitment:
The Outreach Van serves during the following hours:
- Sunday: 9am to 4pm
- Tuesday: 6pm to 12 midnight
- Wednesday: 6pm to 12 midnight
- Thursday: 6pm to 12 midnight
